I actually had a stroke of artisitic genius or some kind of weird hallucinatory rubbish strike me while on one of my last few trips on the train. I’ve been pondering over the text of my name (JKEN) and wondering how to update the font with a more unique appearance and keep with my “hi-tech” aesthetic.
One of the things I have unsuccessfully tried to do on the train is sketch. My best efforts on the ride have added new meaning to the term “rough” sketch. Being only slightly accomplished as a freehand artist the best I could manage would be doodles.
As I was playing around with the thoughts of a logo in my mind and doodling the name out on the unsteady paper, I caught notice of the distinct way my initials or signature appear on the paper. After studying it and repeating it for a while, the distinct shape of the J and K, in the name caught my eye. I only hope it catches (not gouges) others as well.
New clients are in the cue for logo and branding production.
